Sith Trooper Costume Build

 

For Halloween 2020, my 7yo son wanted to be a Sith Stormtrooper, it seemed like an easy costume, just three steps:

1. Buy 3d model on Etsy (Yes, I could model it myself, but $75 to save 20 hours of modeling is a great deal!)
   
2. 3d Print Armor
3. Paint it Red

The step I underestimated was the "making it fit" part, I probably had to remake this armor set three times before I worked out all the fit issues associated with child proportions.
