I've made mame cabinets in the past, but this time the goal is to create a child size mame arcade machine. My son is currently 5yo, so we're talking about 65% scale.
NEW TOY ALERT! I recently purchased a "Shaper Origin" which is a handheld CNC router. I used it to cut out all of the panels for this project. It uses optical measuring, hence the domino tape on everything:
The Origin does a great job of cutting out precise panels:
